The primary objective of Project Accord Lifeline – Golden Hour Initiative is to implement a standardized “Golden Hour Protocol” that will significantly reduce mortality and morbidity in critical emergencies.
- To provide round-the-clock emergency medical services, ensuring timely life-saving interventions, advanced resuscitation, and critical care — with a special focus on economically disadvantaged and vulnerable populations.
- To Deliver 24×7 rapid-response emergency care across trauma, cardiac, stroke, obstetric, and industrial accident cases.
- Access to Lifesaving Care – Establish a dedicated Dialysis Unit to provide timely and affordable renal care to patients with chronic kidney disease.
- Reduce Travel Burden – Increase availability of Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT) locally, minimizing the need for patients to travel long distances for dialysis.

Hope Restored for a Child
A 5-year-old kid having complex case of Hernia was admitted to hospital through known contacts. The kid had travelled all the way from Solapur to Pune as no one showed willingness to operate the kid free of charge, with a goal to accomplish the mission to provide the free medical care for the underprivileged section of society Accord trust decided to pay full cost of surgery and ensured that health of the kid was in pristine condition during his stay in hospital.

Compassionate Care for a Swine Flu Patient
A lady patient travelled all the way from Yavatmal to Pune with flu conditions which was later diagnosed ad swine flu, with no real source of income in their family and none of the hospitals allowing her to get admitted because of the condition, Accord trust admitted her in the hospital and ensured that she received full medical help during her stay at hospital with full expenses waived off.

Relief for Rare Orthopaedic Complication
On a mission to provide health care services to the underprivileged section of society, Accord trust ensured that a 48 year old patient from Shani Shingapur with an accidental injury received a full treatment at the hospital for his rare orthopaedic complication under the expert guidance of Dr. Piyush Nashikkar. The patient was given a discount of more than 2 Lakhs during his treatment and stay a hospital.

Life-Saving Brain Surgery
With a dedicated team, Accord trust provided a full a treatment for a 48 year old patient admitted in Accord hospital. The patient had met with a road accident following a severe head injury, a complex surgery of Craniotomy was done and with a special approval from charity commissioner as the patient did not have any document. More than 40% of the expense was waived off and rest was paid by the employer.
